Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.foldpacs.com of Foldpacs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Trogerstraße 38, 81675 Munich, represented by the managing director Marcus Kuchler. The online shop is aimed at consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB). An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB).
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Foldpacs UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The contract language is German. The contract text is not stored by us. However, you can print or save the contract text after submitting the order.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include the statutory value-added tax (for consumers). For businesses, prices are displayed net plus statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs may apply.
The available payment methods are displayed in the ordering process.
5. Delivery and shipping conditions
Deliveries are made within Germany and to selected EU countries.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
For businesses, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the transporter upon handover.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
For businesses, the following additionally applies: We reserve title to the goods until all claims arising from the current business relationship have been settled.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Businesses are not granted a right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Foldpacs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Trogerstraße 38, 81675 Munich, E-mail: info[a]foldpacs.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample form for this purpose.
